Great starter bag
Wanted to get a starter bag going and this had a lot of items for the price. The only downsize is, yes it is a small hand sized bag, not a normal sixe backpack. So this can easily go in the car or when traveling. With that said this is a great kit to get started and swap to build a bigger bag with some larger items if needed. Would buy again if needed.

Quantity over quality but you do get a lot of stuff
Large collection of low to mid tier gear useful items not junk but not high end either. Useful to have around if needed toss it in a vehicle for just incase. Lots of gear without breaking the bank. Could you source higher end gear certainly but not at this price. Batteries not included so youâll need to get some to use some of the items. Get outdoors test your gear have fun!

This came in handy on a camping trip we just went on and had more than I realized when I bought it. Great value and extremely useful for anyone looking to camp or go on a hike. I highly recommend this for the price! Thank you for the great experience

Not worth the cost
I built several of my own survival kits for many different occasions from hiking to kayaking to 4Wheeling. I need another kit and when I saw this, I figured I’d check it out, thinking for this money it must be good. But alas I was pretty disappointed. The storage bag is the nicest thing in this kit, it’s very sturdy, with several different attachment points. It was well packed too, they did get a good amount of stuff in it too. Only about 1/2 of it is good though. Two of the most useless things, that also take a good bit of room, are battery powered lights! One is a lantern style and another is a flashlight style. There are no batteries in the kit and even if there were, they would eventually go bad. The lantern takes up way too much space, even with batteries you don’t need a lantern in an emergency kit. It also comes with a flashlight holder that slips onto a belt, not needed. The gloves are quite useless for situations where you’d need gloves. The two rain ponchos and emergency blankets are the thinnest I’ve ever seen. These should have been at least mid-weight if not heavy weight. The shovel is very small and rather thin. I wouldn’t want to be needing to dig with it in anything more than loose soil. It’s only big enough to dig a hole to go to the bathroom or try to find some water, but this shovel isn’t going to last long enough to dig to water.I don’t know why it comes with 100 Q-Tips. And they take up a surprising about of space. It does come with some good stuff that I’ll likely carry over as I re-build this kit:The multitool-hammer is a nice touch. 2 Glow sticks are good too. It does come with fire starter supplies that look effective. It comes with a water straw which is a very good idea I hadn’t actually thought of, which is in its own sealed bag extending its life.It comes with basic first aid supplies.
