Sunzel Flare Leggings, Crossover Yoga Pants with Tummy Control, High-Waisted and Wide Leg

Love these, some assembly required
I am so so thrilled to find flare leg yoga pants in a tall size!! I have been searching for a replacement ever since Lululemon decided they hated tall people and stopped making the tall Grooves. I did own a couple pair of the Aerie Real Me crossover flares, but I actually prefer these to those as these are slightly thicker, more durable fabric, the rise to the bottom of the waistband is a little lower which I find more flattering, the flare is a little wider, and I prefer the way the flare is cut (ending slightly higher on the leg than the Aerie version), so I ended up selling those when I got these.However, the stitching at the center of the “V” on the inside of the first pair of these I ordered started unraveling after the first wash. I returned that pair and received a new pair, and inspected the replacement to find that the flatlock stitching at that point wasn’t properly secured on the replacement pair either. I suspect that is just how they are making them and all pairs likely have some degree of this problem, so I tied off the loose threads and ran them through the seam with a large embroidery needle, problem solved. I will just do that on any future pairs I order, although it is a little annoying to have to fix a brand new item, but it’s worth it to me since they are otherwise good, reasonably priced, and long enough for me!While thicker than Aerie’s version, this fabric is still relatively thin. I live in a cold climate and these aren’t really warm enough to wear outside in cold weather. I find that in sub-freezing temperatures, they aren’t even warm enough for the drive to the gym, so these will be a summer-only pant for me. It would be wonderful if the company would make a version in a thicker, warmer fabric as well for winter wear.On the up side, the thinner fabric would be perfect for hiking in the summer, when you want to protect your legs from scratches and poison ivy/oak/etc., but don’t want to overheat. The fabric is also smooth and tightly knit so lint and plant debris won’t stick to it.I gave four stars because of the loose stitching issue, but otherwise I am thrilled with these and will be purchasing more (especially if they make a thicker cold weather version!).

THE BEST YOGA PANTS I’VE EVER WORN!!
Whoever made these yoga pants, deserves the Nobel prize in my opinion!! They are absolutely awesome! I equate it with almost like wearing a full fledged body shaper from the waist down!! Lift your booty, tucks in your waist and your pooch, with the cool flared leg look, but yet not thin enough to see all the lumps and bumps!! After my first pair, I ordered four more in different colors. I not only wear them for workouts, but I can also dress them down with just a t-shirt and tennis shoes. Then turn around and dress them up with a cool blouse, cardigan, some pumps, sandals, or boots in the fall/winter. They are well worth the price and look much more expensive. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

New favorite leggings
Coming from someone who used to wear the original “yoga pant” now known as “flared leggings” I LOVE these!I didn’t know I missed this style until I bought these! The waste band is comfortable, and flattering with the crisscross detail.They passed the squat test!!They hug in all the right places and flair at just the right spot. Coming from a short person, I was not expecting the proportions to be correct, but they nailed it!

Compliments EVERY time I wear them
Love these and have a few colors. I ordered the 32” length and they’re perfect with just enough break to drape nicely over my court shoes (pickleball). If you intend to use these barefoot (yoga), I’d measure your inseam to make sure they’re not too long.I originally ordered the large and while they fit okay, there were some areas that needed to be more fitted.I returned for a medium which was the way to go for me (5’7”, 30” waist, 38” hip, curvy build – I’m a “between sizes” person w/ jeans in sz8 or sz10 depending on the brand/material stretch)Return was super easy/no fuss.Note on the lighter colors: I have a large darker colored tattoo which slightly shows through (you can’t see the detail but it presents as a darker area against the electric hot pink). I solve this with a pair of sports compression tights underneath – which I would always wear anyway to help with recovery, so I didn’t find it to be a deal breaker.Material is super soft and of decent quality. Have washed them several times and no fade or material degradation. I did toss them into the drier once accidentally, and the shrinkage was minimal.Recommend and will definitely purchase additional colors.

Estos leggins son muy cómodos y me encanta que a la hora de hacer sentadillas no se transparenta, pedí primero el color negro y después el gris, resalta la figura y están super suaves. En cuanto a lo largo, mido 157 cm y la talla mediana me quedó muy bien. Creí que por lo acampanado iba a ser incomodó en la prensa pero todo ok.

Fit is nice but waist band is very high waisted in the back so it rolls and seams are sewn poorly and looks cheaply made
