Damaged Producy
I did receive my product damaged. I ordered two eyeliner pencils; one black and one coffee. The coffee colored eyeliner came in fine with no damaged. The black eyeliner, however, fell apart the moment I took the cap off. The product itself, judging my the coffee one, works fine. The pigment is great, it does budge a little bit, but overall a good affordable liner. I am a tad upset at my broken eyeliner though.

this eye liner gel pencil works like an angel! it’s super cheap but super durable as well lol. even though I haven’t tried to see how long it lasts with contact with water I assure you this thing is so smooth and creamy and the perfect under eyeliner for days!!

DON’T WALK RUN!!! This little guy is amazing and only $4!! If you like a good thick black liner look… this is for you!! It does smudge a little but on the waterline but that is to be expected. I use it on top my eyelid and waterline! LOVE IT and will buy again!

Its just ok
The color is ok, but the main complaint is the tip keeps breaking off. Its eyeliner, so its not like i’m pressing all hard on my own eye. However, it the tip has broken off three times so far on each of the items I purchases and for that reason I will not purchase again.

Easy to apply in a precise way and is long-lasting. Not easy to wash off so an oil based makeup remover is needed. I love Elf products, they are cleaner than many makeup products though not completely organic.

Been looking for a cheaper dupe for my Mac eyeliner, many claim to be waterproof and stay put but many many have failed.Apart from this one.I have oily lids, and other than Mac âBlack trackâ nothing has actually stayed put, so I ordered this on a whim as Iâve never tried it. Very happy to say itâs brilliant. Goes on easily, blends too if youâre quick, but more importantly with my oily lids and hay fever running it stayed the distance Iâm very impressed, well done ELF!

I really do like this liner, it checks all of my boxes. It’s cheap, works perfectly, smooth, waterproof, smudge proof, waterproof, but easy to remove with waterproof makeup remover.Sadly I’ve realized it’s what has been making my eyes so itchy.
