    Amazing digital camera!!
I absolutely love this camera! I use this for photos/selfies more than my phone almost! I saw mixed reviews but ultimately purchased because it was affordable & better quality. I recommend getting an iphone to SD converter (cheap & SO EASY) and an SD card on amazon too – have had it for over a month now w/out changing batteries. Quality is a solid 8/10 – definitely with flash captured better in darker conditions/ sharper pics but during the day quality is still good with some blurry edges! better for close/ medium shots as but can easily flip the camera sideways for longer pics! doesn’t snap photos “back to back” so have to pause for like 3-5seconds before holding for next one but that’s not bad. it’s smaller than my iphone so fits perfectly in my purse when i go to the bars & flash isn’t loud so doesn’t cause a scene! if you’re looking for a good going out, party, quick trip, easy to use and carry camera – i highly recommend!!!

    Important to know
This little camera blew me away. I read the reviews of people saying the photo quality was poor, etc. I also read reviews that said if you knew how to operate a camera this little booger would perform well.So let me tell you… It takes brilliant photos and video. You can adjust it in a manual type mode for any kind of shooting you need to do. I paid way more for other pocket digital cams and got poor quality. This is an impressive buy for the price .

WORST, Most Unnecessarily Complicated Camera I’ve Ever Been Cursed With
It will easy-peasy delete ONE foto ………….. but when you’re wanting to delete them all after downloading them to your computer — GETTING TO THAT …. FINDING THAT TAKES AN UNNECESSARILY LONG TIME. The previous models which I loved – allowed you to select delete ONE, or delete ALL. The geniuses who ‘designed’ this torture device HID THE DELETE ALL deep in the RIDICULOUSLY CONVOLUTED, MEANDERING ‘MENU’. Another HUGELY annoying problem with this one (a problem I didn’t have with my prior models) is that on occasion I’ll try to print a page for an item I’m ordering online – but for some unknown reason – the foto of the item being ordered isn’t THERE — so I will take a foto of the page. Ninety-nine percent of the time …. the foto has blurred contortion lines throughout … so it will take me sometimes DOZENS OF ATTEMPTS before I finally DO get one without those lines – and THAT is with the ‘shake’ mode selected. Also – it apparently does something which results in the downloaded fotos into the computer coming along with blank fotos – so for every foto, there’s a blank beside it. UNBELIEVABLE, I know ! I’m going to be actively looking for a new replacement for my ol’ reliable EASY SHARE C182 this winter when the weather stops cooperating with my outside pursuits. When I order and receive it – I am going to go out to the garden building and get a sledge hammer, and I’m going to place this miserable piece of electronic DEVILRY on the anvil outside – and I’m going to (yes – safety glasses on) smash it to smitherines. I hope that this ‘note’ gets passed on to the person / team responsible for creating this POS camera … WORST I’VE EVER HAD. I did this to a record album I bought back in the 1970s, in Germany – and it was sooooooooooo BAD that in order that it never be played again; I put it in the oven and baked it til it will never be played again – mercifully ! I still have that, and will also be holding on to the PANCAKED camera (Kodak pixPRO FZ45, as a reminder of JUST HOW BAD AN ITEM CAN BE. Readers – don’t say you were not warned !

Very adorable, small and compact but does a great job!
I was surprised how small the camera actually is, but thankfully I have small hands. So be aware about it, if you have bigger hands it may be uncomfortable to hold around. This camera has a friendly interface, easy to navigate the menu and get the hang of it in a few minutes, so if you’re looking for a good beginner camera. This is it!The quality is very good for the price too! Here are my unedited photos I took! (I used 200ISO and on cloudy settings)

Most flattering camera in my collection
I looked at a LOT of different point-and-shoot cameras before landing on this one. I rarely have to retouch or edit the photos it takes, which is a huge benefit as a dark skinned woman. Force flash portraits in low light settings are where this camera truly shines, imo (thankfully I am nocturnal). I ultimately went with the FZ45 over the 55 because this camera EATS through power and it’s easier for me to bring extra batteries along than to lug a charger around everywhere. Unfortunately I fell while carrying it shortly after that skating photo was taken and the lens wouldn’t retract anymore, so had to get it replaced. BUY THE WARRANTY, yall. This camera is fragile af.Pros:-Stunning photos, especially in dark settings-Little or no learning curve, auto mode is sufficient in most cases-Powerful flash with a lot of range-Battery compartment creates a “handle” that makes it easy to grip, wrist strap for extra security-Tons of different settings and scenes to manipulate-Lovely display resolution, playback preview is fairly true to the final product-Adjusts for different skin tones better than my iPhone-Great noise reductionCons:-DEVOURS batteries. Prepare to replace them every two nights or so-Flash takes much longer to recharge after a photo is taken, awkward waiting period in between shots-Retractable lens is fragile-Performance in daylight or bright indoor settings is less impressive-Sometimes can get “stuck” in certain modes, particularly the smile detecting self-timer mode-Huge file sizeNeutral:-If you’re looking for that classic overexposed, pixely “digicam” look, this is probably not the camera for you-Compact-ISH, the shape makes it awkward to fit in a pocket or small purse-Lowkey hated the format of the date stamp, wish that was customizableOverall this is one of my personal faves, if you’re in between this and another camera give this one a shot

It’s a really cheap, good quality find. Easy to use, photos look pretty great! If you’re looking for a camera and don’t want to spend 300+ dollars on it, this is your best option!
